This is the options functionality I'd like to see implemented.

If you select "No" nothing happens and the customer continues shopping.

If you select "Yes" it adds the additional cost for embroidery and shows the additional options required to complete the order.

Right now all these options have to be listed on every item which really looks bad and confusing for customer.
